Pastor Judith has decided to retire from her role as one of the visitation pastors here at Central. She began serving as a visitation pastor here at Central in November 2009. She will complete her service on October 31.
Pastor Judith will remain a member of Central. She will continue to serve under a specific pastoral care contract that has been set up by Pastor Peter. She will provide pastoral care for a few families that she walked with these many years.
With her retirement, she will no longer officiate when requested for funerals or serve in pastoral roles in the congregation. She will enjoy the wonderful relationships with friends as a member of the congregation.
We will celebrate and give thanks for Pastor Judith in worship on Saturday and Sunday, October 25-26. You are invited to bring a card to express your gratitude as Pastor Judith retires from serving Central for these past 16 years and for her many years serving previous calls.
