After his resurrection, Jesus walked the earth for 40 days. On Ascension Day, we celebrate Jesus’ return to heaven. This is traditionally the 40th day of Easter, a Thursday, though we are observing it the following Sunday. The Central Choir will be joined by a jazz trio, on this, the last Sunday of the choir season.
