Saturday evening worship is a contemplative communion service. Whichever pastor is preaching on Sunday, preaches and leads worship on Saturday night. The service is guided by a contemplative sense: a slower pace, room for silence, and a simpler service order. The altar is on the main floor, and much of the music is led from a piano within the gathered community. The service is generally about 45 minutes long, with 40-50 people regularly gathering. After worship, there is a social time with non-alcoholic beverages, wine, beer, and finger food like cheese and crackers, dip, and sweets.
