The Osceola and St. Croix Valley Railway is a heritage railroad in Osceola, Wisconsin. Join the Older Wiser Lutheran Seniors (OWLS) for a 90-minute ride through scenic St. Croix Valley landscapes and enjoy a historic rail adventure followed by lunch at Meister’s Bar & Grill in Scandia.
