The Fiscal and Property Committee manages the assigned budget lines related to property and advises the Congregation Council, as requested, on fiscal and property issues, decisions, and policies. The Director of Finance and the Treasurer of the congregation serve in an advisory capacity to the Fiscal and Property Committee on fiscal and property issues, decisions, and policies. This is a constitutional committee with members appointed by the Congregational Council.
