Another place in which adult formation is nurtured by story is through the monthly Empowering Conversations.
Empowering Conversations occurs on the third Sunday of the month, following the community meal. A guest speaker is invited to come share stories about our community and the things that we and our neighbors are facing. Generally, those gathered are invited into discussion on the topic.
The first Empowering Conversations of the year is set for September 21 where we will be joined by Karoline Lewis from Luther Seminary.
