Donate Easter Flowers

You are invited to continue the tradition of bringing beauty and cheer to our sanctuary and to our homebound members and friends by purchasing plants for the Easter Garden. Purchasing a flowering plant to decorate our chancel for Easter is a time-honored Central tradition that helps support our floral décor and Easter plant deliveries to homebound members.

Donations for plants can be made online or you can stop at the Welcome Desk on the weekends of March 11, 18, or 25. Checks should be made payable to Central Lutheran Church and the cost is $15 per plant. Guests or new members who would like to learn more are invited to stop at the Welcome Desk and view the donor’s list from last year.

All are invited to pick up an Easter card and plant on Easter morning to be delivered to our homebound members.

The cost this year is $15 per plant. To purchase a plant in honor or memory of a loved one, complete the online form or pick up a paper form at the welcome desk. Payments can be made in one of two ways; by check at the welcome desk or by online payment through the website.

By Check: If you prefer to write a check, please make it payable to Central Lutheran Church, 333 S. 12th Street Minneapolis, MN 55404. Please write "Easter Garden" on the memo line of your check. Please indicate on the online form that you will be sending in your check.

Online: Use the "Give Today" button at the top right of the page and complete your request by typing $15 under the amount heading. Then click on the downward-facing triangle at the end of the "Fund line" and click on "Easter Garden." Click on "Continue" and complete the process with your name and payment information.
