Task Force to present important information on February 5
    The Campus Master Plan Task Force will present key information to the congregation at a forum on Sunday, February 5 (9:45 a.m. in Fellowship Hall). Task Force chair Bill Masche termed the forum “an exciting and welcome opportunity to bring members up to date. Now in its “scenario phase,” the Task Force will present information about concepts that are currently being evaluated, which involve various amounts of new construction. “We will share what we’ve learned recently, where our current unity lies, issues we are struggling with and what lies ahead in the process,” said Bill. The presentation will even include a “glimpse” into some design concepts.

The forum is designed to launch a parish-wide discussion—providing additional feedback to the Task Force prior to a special meeting on February 19 to approve expenditures for the design phase needed to bring a final campus master plan proposal to the congregation in late spring or early summer. All are encouraged to attend!
